Orders
Can I change or cancel my order? We prepare orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@avelyrajewellery.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order is on its way, it can't be changed.
Do you gift-wrap? Yes — every order arrives gift-wrapped in our signature packaging, ready to give or to keep.
Shipping
Where do you ship? We deliver across the EU: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain.
How much is shipping? Delivery is free on orders over €49. For orders under €49, a flat €5.00 applies, shown at checkout. All prices include VAT.
How long will my order take? We prepare your order within 1–2 business days, then estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Will I pay customs or import fees? No — we ship only within the EU, so no customs charges or import duties apply.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase. See our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details.
Can I return earrings? For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do? We're so sorry! Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
How long do refunds take? Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Are your earrings comfortable for everyday wear? Our pieces are designed to be lightweight and smooth, with a gold-tone plated finish, so they're easy to wear all day. Sensitivity varies from person to person, so if your skin reacts easily to jewellery we recommend shorter wear and keeping your pieces clean and dry.
What are your pieces made from? Crafted with durable alloy base, finished with premium 14K gold plating for long-lasting shine. Decorated with sparkling synthetic moissanite and cubic zirconia stones, featuring a brilliant diamond-like luster.
How do I care for my jewellery? To keep your pieces looking their best:
